Rather than manually searching through large document sets, Data Matrix enables you to ask a series of questions and receive the answers in a structured table, making it easy to compare information across every selected document.

Compare documents with confidence
Data Matrix is ideal for matters involving large volumes of evidence, disclosure material, witness statements or correspondence.
Simply:
- Open the AI Dashboard within your matter
- Select Data Matrix
- Enter up to 10 questions or prompts
- Choose the documents or folders you want to analyse
- Run the extraction
Once complete, your results are presented in an easy-to-read matrix, with each document displayed as a row and each question displayed as a column.
Every response includes citations, allowing you to quickly jump back to the relevant document and page to verify the source.
Export and share your findings
When your analysis is complete, you can export the results as either a CSV or DOCX file, making it simple to share findings with colleagues or incorporate them into your broader matter workflow.
