Client Services Lead

Job Description: As our Client Services Lead, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our law firm, barrister, and government clientele.

We’re seeking someone with experience as a lawyer, paralegal or client services professional, who is deeply passionate about helping other lawyers use innovative, tech-enabled legal services to optimise client outcomes.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Product demonstrations and training: Providing tailored product demonstrations and conducting training sessions for clients, ensuring comprehensive understanding and optimal utilisation of our eBrief Ready and Disclosure Ready platforms.
  • Primary client liaison: Serving as the central point of contact for clients, promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and delivering timely resolutions with utmost professionalism.
  • Client onboarding oversight: Leading the client onboarding process for larger implementations, ensuring a seamless transition onto our platforms.
  • Relationship development: Forging and nurturing strong, enduring relationships with clients, gaining insights into their evolving needs and communicating feedback effectively to our product development team.
  • Regular client engagement: Proactively conducting check-ins with clients to gauge satisfaction levels, collect feedback, and identify opportunities for product enhancement, as well as upselling or cross-selling.
  • Data analysis and proactive solutions: Analysing usage data and performance metrics to identify trends and preemptively address potential issues, maintaining client satisfaction and platform efficacy.
  • Client advocacy: Serving as a passionate advocate for clients within our organisation, ensuring their voice resonates in our product development and improvement endeavours.
  • Market positioning: Staying abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings, leveraging insights to strategically position our SaaS platform for continued success.
