Lynette Sperling joins Legal Ready as Chief Operating Officer

We are pleased to announce that Lynette Sperling has joined Legal Ready as Chief Operating Officer.

Lynette brings over 15 years of senior leadership experience from a government-owned technology business operating both nationally and internationally. During her tenure she served as Chief Operations Officer, Interim CEO and Company Secretary, working closely with Boards, executive teams and key stakeholders to guide organisations through growth, transformation and complex operational environments.

Lynette has built her career on strengthening governance, leading change initiatives and translating complex challenges into clear, practical strategies that deliver meaningful outcomes. Her approach combines strategic ambition with operational discipline, with a strong focus on people and culture.

As Legal Ready continues its expansion across Australia, the UK and the US, we are delighted to have Lynette as part of the leadership team and look forward to this next phase of growth.

We look forward to introducing her to our customers and partners in the near future.
